With improvements of using lighter and stronger material, capabilities of electric brushless motors, gas engines and microturbines, electronics as well as using advance tooling fabrication technology, a typical model R/C aircraft is now easier to fabricate and higher quality standards can also be achieved.

We even push our manufacturing tech to a higher level by using a very special type of composite material that forms in a mold and it is feathery light and incredibly strong. With this new technology, we can recreate those scale details precisely like raised panels with rivets, service panels, cabin doors, and control surfaces like those full-scale airplanes. Besides, this material has good flexibility which is easy to comply with different shapes, forms and significantly lower our manufacturing time and cost. We also make use of 3D printing technology to recreate those complicated instrument panels in fine detail.
